Introducing XR UBE: VirtualiSurg’s very first in-house production!

Something is in the making for VirtualiSurg. Spinal Surgery is rapidly evolving towards safer, more minimally invasive techniques in this exciting new era for better approaches to spinal pathologies. In the spirit of continued innovation, VirtualiSurg will feature a sneak peek of our XR UBE training simulator in efforts to build towards modern spinal endoscopy procedures of this era. Come see our latest progress at the upcoming SFCR Société Française de Chirurgie Rachidienne Annual Congress 2024 at Montpellier, France, this 13th to 15th June.

Created in partnership with respected doctors Guillaume LONJON, Joseph Cristini, and François Lechanoine, this is VirtualiSurg’s very first in-house production that strives to bridge the gap to spine surgeons’ main challenges to mastering UBE: from limited access to quality training, to the exceptionally high learning curve, and the number of cases required to reach mastery. We are much appreciative of GCCI Medical’s kind hosting in Booth 9 – come see us there!

Our new XR #UBE simulator strives to facilitate mastery of one of the most revolutionary spinal surgery techniques of today, paving way for wider use of safer, minimally-invasive techniques in hashtagorthopaedics surgery. The rapid integration of UBE is necessary and with much advantages to offer. Surgical outcomes can be improved with less risks of surgical complications and faster rehabilitation; patients can access the most recent spine hashtagendoscopy advancements; and surgeons can perform precise surgical manoeuvres with less likelihood of impact to underlying nerves.

XR #UBE is VirtualiSurg’s answer to the significant interest and applications amongst the global spine surgery community, and in rapidly innovating alongside imaging and intra-operative navigation progress over the past 10 years. We are proud to celebrate this milestone, forging a real specialty in spine surgery while bridging urgent skill gaps in the process. This will be a highly anticipated annual meeting in France between experts to learn, share, meet and collaborate towards greater innovation and new technologies in the field of spinal surgery.
