As technology rapidly evolves, 87% of employers currently face significant skill gaps within their teams, or expect to in the next few years, reports McKinsey & Company. With increasing skill shortages, more than half of executives surveyed share the consensus that building skills, such as reskilling existing employees, is the best way to close the capability gap.
